Associate, Finance Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage the processing of invoices and address any exceptions

• Investigate and resolve issues related to accounts payable invoices

• Provide support and/or take the lead on procure-to-pay projects as assigned

• Execute reconciliations and conduct reviews

• Collaborate with various functional teams as necessary

• Assist with e3 process improvement initiatives

• Contribute to achieving operational goals within the Accounts Payable department

• Offer support to the customer base

• Aid the manager in fulfilling strategic objectives

• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to explain and clarify operational processes, practices, and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related Business field, or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the past 12 months

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and achieve targets

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities

• Self-motivated; eager to discover sustainable solutions when established processes are not readily available

• Capacity to work with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is required

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to gather, analyze information, and resolve issues swiftly

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP) is preferred

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for interpreting financial data and trends
