Associate, Finance Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the L3Harris Global Business Services vendor master data governance (MDG) team by reviewing vendor data change requests for thoroughness and precision.

• Aid in modifications to the vendor master data system.

• Ensure that vendor data change requests submitted by buyers, vendors, and other sources are thorough and precise.

• Examine and rectify discrepancies in vendor master records.

• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing vendor payments through ACH from L3Harris.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics, or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last year.

• Familiarity and/or experience in data analytics.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Ability to develop and track schedules.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with financial systems, such as SAP and/or PeopleSoft, is preferred.

• Capability to learn and adapt swiftly.

• Outstanding follow-through skills.
