This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the L3Harris Global Business Services vendor master data governance team by reviewing vendor data change requests for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in implementing changes to the vendor master data system.

• Ensure that vendor data change requests submitted by buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders are thorough and precise.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor master records.

• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing vendor payments through ACH from L3Harris.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics, or have completed a Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months.

• Knowledge and/or experience in data analytics is required.

• Proficient Excel skills are essential.

• Experience in schedule development and tracking.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.

• Desired experience in financial systems, including SAP and/or PeopleSoft.

• Ability to learn and adapt swiftly is crucial.

• Exceptional follow-through skills are a must.
