Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conducts preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical)

• Evaluates and suggests improvements to equipment for better availability, capacity, and performance

• Performs analyses of equipment failures

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions

• Generates technical reports to document modifications and maintenance procedures for equipment

• Offers customer service and support during field visits or dispatches

• Oversees all on-site tasks related to installation, repair, maintenance, and testing

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in field service

• Capability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain technical equipment

• Proficient in English

• Native speaker of Portuguese

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to varying work schedules

• Familiarity with tools and mobile applications

• Technical diploma or relevant certification
