• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software of products and components, primarily at the customer's location.
• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs of products within an assigned territory.
• Inspects products for proper functionality and resolves noted issues and/or escalates according to established procedures.
• Schedules services, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service delivery and understanding of the product functionality.
• Equivalent education or work experience is required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of field service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements of the DN fleet.
