This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Collaborate in brand strategy planning and development across HCP, Patient, and Medical Marketing initiatives.
• Convert field insights and real-world feedback into enhancements driven by data for programs.
• Oversee the execution of Advisory Boards from start to finish, encompassing recruitment, facilitation, and reporting.
• Ensure that peer-to-peer programs fulfill educational requirements through careful speaker selection, preparation, coaching, event coordination, and reporting.
• Manage assigned marketing campaigns and programs from the conceptual stage through to execution.
• Supervise relationships with agency partners, ensuring deliverables and promotional review processes are met.
• Serve as the Marketing liaison for aligned sales teams and provide education on brand initiatives.
• Coordinate professional interactions with designated healthcare professionals and collect documented insights.
• Identify and engage emerging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) utilizing data sources and field insights.
• Report insights on KOL engagement to leadership and provide synthesized recommendations.
• Conduct or participate in trend and sentiment analysis activities.
• Develop and implement regional insight collection initiatives.
• Manage strategic Medical Marketing projects through ideation, development, approval, execution, optimization, and evolution.
• Assist the Speaker Bureau with nominations, evaluations, training, utilization, and coaching.
• Lead the creation of content for peer-to-peer programs, product theaters, programs for patients/caregivers, speaker and field training, and promotional materials.
• Facilitate the selection of KOLs for product theaters and other engagements.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams to ensure the implementation of brand strategy.
• Update playbooks and guidelines based on real-world experiences and best practices.
• Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales preferred.
• A Master’s degree with 8+ years of comparable experience is preferred.
• Experience in a therapeutic area is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, coupled with scientific knowledge and strong clinical acumen.
• Solid understanding of legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in pharmaceutical promotions and industry standards.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with medical, legal, regulatory, advocacy, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications teams.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and creativity in product positioning and messaging.
• Capability to maintain focus in a dynamic environment and ensure alignment with strategic commercial goals.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Technical/business expertise and proven thought leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant areas of expertise.
• Understanding of departmental interconnections that support business objectives and mentor colleagues on organizational impact.
