Associate, Field Deployment Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive deployment lifecycle of a store portfolio within the designated region.

• Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines.

• Collaborate with the Deployment Lead and Operations teams to ensure efficient store completion.

• Offer insights and feedback on deployment procedures to enhance workflows.

• Conduct quality checks on installations, both remotely and on-site.

• Maintain detailed records of any encountered issues and track them until resolution.

• Ensure that all deployment activities adhere closely to established procedures.

• Engage in training sessions to enhance understanding of RADAR technology.

• Continuously improve technical skills through practical experience and training.

• Assist in the training of new Deployment Associates and other team members.

• Comply with all safety standards and protocols during installations.

• Report any safety incidents or compliance concerns to the Deployment Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in technology deployment or a related field, ideally within retail settings.

• Basic understanding of hardware installations and technical troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow guidance from senior team members.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

• Capability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience with RFID technology is preferred.

• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays, as needed (preferred).
