This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Design and execute engagement plans for Thought Leaders based on corporate objectives to identify and gather insights from both current and emerging Thought Leaders in evolving markets.
• Monitor Thought Leader insights that influence the brand and provide feedback to pinpoint market gaps and/or opportunities, aiding in the creation of commercial and marketing strategies, initiatives, and resources.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and Thought Leaders, effectively representing the interests of the ANI brand and collaborating with ANI leadership and relevant departments.
• Ensure alignment with the vision and strategic goals established by the brand team, facilitating the achievement of corporate objectives.
• Oversee regional and national conventions, congresses (e.g., ITU Thought Leader identification), and commercial advisory boards to support marketing initiatives.
• Identify, coordinate, and contract suitable Thought Leaders to meet business needs, including but not limited to approved consulting opportunities (e.g., Advisory Boards, training, etc.).
• Engage with Sponsorships and Patient Advocacy Organizations to enable enterprise-wide coordination (non-tactical) of specific functional activities.
• Assist in the development and execution of Speaker Bureau initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful Speaker Programs.
• Operate in compliance with ANI’s code of conduct and all policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and adherence.
• Over 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector, particularly in a high-science therapeutic area within the rare disease market.
• A minimum of 5 years of expertise in the Rheumatology therapeutic area is preferred; experience in Nephrology and/or Neurology is considered a secondary preference.
• Candidates at the Director level will be evaluated with at least 2 years of Rheumatology and/or Nephrology/Neurology experience if accompanied by a comparable field marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related area (advanced degree is preferred).
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Thought Leader strategies through compliant and engaging interactions, leveraging existing and meaningful relationships with key Thought Leaders.
