Associate Director/Director of Exchange Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Supervise essential exchange operations across market-facing functions.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on campaigns, product launches, and trading initiatives.

• Manage user and KYC feedback loops, transforming insights into actionable enhancements.

• Analyze token performance, liquidity, and trading activities.

• Ensure exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms like CMC.

• Work collaboratively across departments to enhance product offerings, trading experiences, and workflows.

• Implement process improvements and increase operational efficiency.

• Monitor key metrics related to trading, liquidity, and operational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading operations, product operations, or similar roles (crypto/fintech preferred).

• Strong grasp of exchange mechanics, including trading flows, liquidity, and token performance.

• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams.

• Data-driven approach, comfortable with analyzing operational and market data.

• Capability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive and execution-oriented, adept at functioning at both strategic and operational levels.
