Associate Director – Workfront

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

• Customize and set up Workfront dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows.

• Complete the architecture and configuration documentation for client design specifications.

• Implement automation rules and processes within Fusion for effective project management and resource allocation.

• Engage in discovery sessions and conduct stakeholder interviews.

• Identify enhancements and new functionalities for client environments.

• Diagnose and resolve configuration-related challenges.

• Keep up-to-date with Workfront best practices and updates.

• Ensure quality assurance for configurations and implementations.

• Create and deliver Workfront training sessions for clients and internal teams.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Offer ongoing technical support within the product's scope.

• Advocate for information security practices and assess/report security risks.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy and protection standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation.

• Strong grasp of Workfront design and system integrations utilizing Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.

• Workfront Core Developer certification or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement automation for optimizing workflows.

• Outstanding troubleshooting skills with a background in resolving configuration issues.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for driving user adoption through effective training and support.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

• Promote and reinforce awareness of key information security practices, including proper use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols.

• Identify, evaluate, and report security risks, focusing on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

• Assess data storage, processing, and transmission for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

• Ensure data protection throughout the information lifecycle.
