
Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Nephrology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a KOL engagement strategy by identifying, profiling, nurturing, and sustaining long-term relationships with KOLs in the industry and at major congresses.
• Oversee the speaker's bureau, congress participation, and suggest faculty and advisors for advisory boards.
• Support thought leader development, including training and coaching promotional speakers with approved presentation materials.
• Participate in live and virtual HCP programming to observe, coach, and assist the speaker as needed to ensure compliant delivery of content.
• Engage in business discussions with thought leaders regarding on-label product information, disease states, and general corporate summaries.
• Strategically plan and execute key thought leader engagements at local, regional, and national conferences.
• Capture and document insights from thought leaders and provide feedback to enhance and refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on creating new content and updating existing materials, as well as generating new programming ideas.
• Work alongside the Commercial team to engage large group practices.
• Partner with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and market access teams on strategic initiatives concerning thought leaders.
• A Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech.
• Required experience in nephrology.
• Background in one or more of the following areas: product marketing, field sales, sales leadership, and/or thought leader engagement.
• Familiarity with thought leader engagement practices and exceptional relationship management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven, demonstrating excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects at once.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing goals and objectives.
