Associate Director, Technology Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Provide innovative technological solutions to fulfill business requirements within defined scope and organizational goals.

• Collect and document both business system and functional specifications.

• Shape system architecture to enhance support and ensure that solutions align with business goals and needs.

• Oversee or coordinate the execution of design and requirement implementation, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.

• Identify and address intricate technical and operational issues within departments.

• Potentially guide multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

• Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and various business stakeholders.

• Manage large-scale, high-profile programs across diverse project teams.

• Spearhead continuous enhancement initiatives, assess current systems, and implement process optimizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of technical experience concentrated on web applications.

• At least 4 years of experience in technical management.

• Proficient understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise AI platforms, AI-driven business applications, and emerging AI technologies.

• Experience working with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of operations, technology, communications, and processes within an organization similar to Humana.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, assessing existing systems, and implementing process enhancements.

• Enthusiasm for enhancing consumer experiences through continuous improvement.

• Proven capability to manage large-scale, highly visible programs with oversight of multiple project teams.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in insurance.

• Familiarity with implementing AI-driven solutions utilizing Azure AI, OpenAI, machine learning platforms, or intelligent automation technologies.

• Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud AI Services, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.

• Experience leading cloud initiatives with advanced cloud knowledge.

• Home internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Capability to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
