This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete integration of digital health and emerging technology assets within clinical trials.
• Develop, oversee, and sustain asset integrations across various clinical trials.
• Facilitate daily operations with external vendors for DSAML initiatives.
• Organize technical deliverables for studies, programs, and capabilities utilizing digital health technology.
• Assist in holistic task prioritization throughout the DSAML portfolio.
• Create and uphold roadmaps and milestone assessment plans.
• Compile briefing materials that highlight program achievements, risks, and resource requirements.
• Track industry and regulatory trends while formulating strategies for emerging technologies.
• Aid clinical trial operational personnel with software, hardware, biomedical engineering, and the management of complex project requirements.
• Liaise with DSAML stakeholders and external partners while ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• 5-10 years of experience in Program Management with increasing responsibilities throughout the program/project/product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in coordinating activities using systems engineering frameworks, such as waterfall and Agile scrum.
• Knowledge of devices and diagnostics employed in clinical trials and routine clinical care.
• Expertise in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), including mobile applications.
• Extensive experience in integrating medical devices and instrumentation into observational and interventional trials.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Preferred: experience in biomedical engineering and requirements management for complex projects.
• Preferred: understanding of quality and regulatory principles related to digital health technologies.
