📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate a significant number of subsidiary rights license agreements

• Oversee and lead team members

• Create and execute improvements in workflow

• 7 - 10+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing subsidiary rights agreements

• 5+ years of experience in managing personnel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
