This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and negotiate a significant number of subsidiary rights license agreements

• Oversee and lead team members

• Design and execute improvements to workflow processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 - 10+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing subsidiary rights agreements

• 5+ years of experience in managing personnel

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications
