This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As a key member of the Global Quality Strategy organization, this individual will oversee projects and initiatives within the Global Quality portfolio, supporting the comprehensive GxP operating model.
• Collaborate with senior management across various functions to ensure the effective execution, monitoring, and realization of value from essential initiatives and projects aligned with the Global Quality GxP operating model.
• Establish, manage, and facilitate governance and processes aimed at advancing the Global Quality strategy and objectives.
• Conduct analyses to pinpoint improvement opportunities and present recommendations to management.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, in the lifecycle management of global Quality projects and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate critical path items and schedule constraints, proposing solutions to eliminate any obstacles through a proactive approach.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with significant initiatives and projects.
• Provide leadership for crucial initiatives and strategic projects, which includes driving program management, creating content, and delivering presentations.
• Continuously monitor and communicate progress and adherence to strategic initiatives and projects.
• Doctorate degree with 3 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience OR Master’s degree with 5 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience OR Associate’s degree with 12 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience OR High school diploma/GED with 14 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience.
• Proven experience in partnering with and influencing leadership and customers.
• Direct experience in cross-functional business operations and a strategic project management role.
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas and document complex concepts and processes through both written and oral communication.
• Strong understanding of Quality and GxP principles.
• Demonstrated capability to execute and manage complex projects and programs.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, and their practical applications in daily operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the interdependencies within the Global Quality function.
• Highly organized and structured in approach.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and supporting functions (e.g., Technology, Finance).
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrates effective decision-making behaviors and reinforces appropriate decision-making and meeting management in accordance with the DAI framework.
• A self-motivated, proactive team member with experience in a matrixed, dynamic environment.
