This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate detailed strategic business plans aimed at both short-term and long-term growth, while identifying and cultivating tailored opportunities for each customer that encompass product, promotion, and field execution.
• Possess the capability to comprehend and evaluate existing customer business models for the enhancement of commercial strategies.
• Utilize trends and real-time market data to devise programs that foster profitable growth.
• Deliver proactive and regular insights into customer and category trends and forecasts.
• Create distribution and supply chain strategies and solutions that align with both customer and company objectives.
• Oversee short and long-term P&L by customer to ensure a profitable return on investment.
• Position and communicate economic and value-driven solutions to financial decision-makers across all Key Accounts.
• Collaborate strategically and actively with the Field Sales team.
• Supervise and mentor high-level sales professionals.
• Cultivate a high-performance team culture.
• Establish strong followership within the team and organization by facilitating understanding and engagement with the strategy and vision.
• A minimum of a BA/BS in a business-related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership is required; strategic account management experience is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing and leading a team of sales professionals is preferred.
• Proven success with multiple accounts or vendors in a competitive selling landscape is required.
• Capability to demonstrate and possess successful experience managing sales across multiple channels at a corporate level is required.
• Established experience in joint business planning, strategic account strategy, contract negotiation, and financial management is required.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including expertise in forecasting, pricing, ROI analysis, trade investment management, and business planning is required.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies, including the ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, influence without authority, and build robust internal and external partnerships at various levels is required.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate customer, category, and market insights into effective growth strategies is required.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advocate for the needs of both internal and external partners, are required.
