• Assist in the implementation of the strategic sales plan across key health systems and significant accounts.
• Contribute to reaching quarterly and annual sales objectives through efficient account management and opportunity identification.
• Propel the execution of territory and account strategies, ensuring prompt follow-up on leads, proposals, and tender processes.
• Coordinate cross-departmental support from clinical, marketing, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and implementation journey.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
• Assist in the growth of existing strategic accounts and the emergence of new accounts in designated regions.
• Act as a vital liaison for assigned accounts, facilitating contract execution, implementation initiatives, and ongoing customer interactions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with account growth strategies.
• Monitor shifts within assigned markets and accounts to recognize trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Collect competitive insights and customer feedback through field interactions.
• Communicate market intelligence to leadership and cross-functional teams to aid strategic decision-making and commercial planning.
• Keep precise and current CRM records, including customer interactions, pipeline developments, and sales progress.
• Support forecasting efforts and sales reporting to track performance against key commercial goals.
• Assist leadership in monitoring KPIs and spotting opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and clinical education teams to synchronize messaging, campaigns, and customer engagement approaches.
• Aid in the development and distribution of sales enablement resources for strategic accounts.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams to ensure coordinated execution of account strategies.
• Participate in industry conferences, congresses, and targeted customer events to promote awareness and adoption of Dexter.
• Help organize and execute product demonstrations and surgeon engagement initiatives.
• Represent Distalmotion professionally in the market to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Ensure all activities are performed in full compliance with company policies, applicable industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain transparency and professionalism in all interactions with customers and partners.
• Location: near major airport
• Education
• - Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• - MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience
• - 7+ years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare technology, or strategic account management.
• - Experience with capital equipment sales, surgical robotics, or complex medical technologies is preferred.
• - Proven experience working with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
• - Demonstrated ability to support complex sales cycles and engage multiple healthcare stakeholders.
