This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the main commercial liaison with C/D-suite stakeholders and Population Decision-Makers in oncology group practices, academic cancer centers, and integrated delivery networks.
• Organize resources and personnel to fulfill customer requirements, including diagnostic and pathology needs that support the approved FDA companion diagnostic.
• Coordinate field teams and encourage collaboration across functions.
• Formulate account strategies and align tactics with corporate goals and customer demands.
• Manage relationships between entities and enhance consistent care delivery within scalable workflows.
• Create and uphold account plans that encompass SWOT analysis, strategic priorities, objectives, stakeholder mapping, barriers, opportunities, and tactics.
• Evaluate and relay impact by synthesizing actionable insights to enhance operational access and inform account strategy.
• Oversee collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, and other functions to ensure aligned account strategies and smooth customer engagement.
• Interact with healthcare decision-makers and C/D-suite leadership to enhance care consistency within operational workflows.
• Build enduring relationships between entities through comprehensive customer needs assessments.
• Utilize business, account, analytical, and product expertise to foster growth in solid tumors and the development portfolio.
• Exhibit exemplary behavior and disseminate knowledge throughout the broader team.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least seven years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales.
• Prior account management experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of healthcare management, landscape, and compliance.
• High proficiency in written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
• Exceptional business acumen, insights, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across various disciplines.
• Experience selling to C/D-suite executives.
• Confidence, persuasiveness, ability to inspire others, and skill in influencing without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time; regular air or car travel is necessary.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Preferred: experience selling a companion diagnostic or oncology testing.
• Preferred: prior experience in oncology.
• Preferred: knowledge of EMR systems.
