• Serve as a Solution Enablement Lead (SEL) for one or several critical business solutions at Parexel.
• Represent the assigned business solutions within the technology and process landscape.
• Develop robust working relationships with all stakeholders involved in the solutions.
• Address any solution-related issues with stakeholders and escalate as necessary.
• Oversee a high-level backlog of solution modifications, prioritized based on business value.
• Collaborate effectively with business units, IT, and vendors.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of vendor audits necessary for onboarding new vendors.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in at least one business process area (e.g., Clinical Operations, Feasibility, Site Start-up, etc.).
• In-depth business acumen regarding the technology utilized in the supported role (e.g., CTMS, EDC, eTMF, etc.).
• Extensive experience in managing the application of technology within the business, including prioritizing features and functionalities, and recognizing the impacts of these changes on the organization.
• Solid understanding of technology implementation, training, support, and maintenance practices.
• Proven experience in conducting return on investment analyses, including follow-up assessments post-go-live to validate returns.
• Significant consulting experience, demonstrating a consulting-oriented mindset.
• Extensive experience collaborating with global teams across various time zones.
• MSc/BSc in a relevant field or substantial relevant industry experience.
