This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Solution Architecture: Spearhead the enterprise solution architecture for transformative implementations, new Braze deployments, platform migrations, and intricate multi-system programs.
• System Design: Establish system architecture across a client's technology stack and create data models that facilitate connectivity among CDP, CRM, data warehouse, and Braze.
• AI/ML Innovation: Advocate for AI/ML applications in customer engagement, including predictive analytics, AI-driven personalization, LLM integration, and composable CDP strategies.
• Executive Relationships: Manage executive-level client relationships by presenting to C-suite executives, navigating stakeholder dynamics, and steering roadmapping and prioritization.
• Methodology Leadership: Facilitate solution design reviews and lead the advancement of Stitch’s solution methodologies.
• Escalation Support: Engage in the most challenging client scenarios with structured problem-solving, solution expertise, and stakeholder alignment—collaborating with Directors to drive resolution.
• Mentorship: Guide and provide feedback for Solution Architects, establishing standards for privacy, compliance, security, and data strategy.
• Partner Influence: Shape Braze’s product roadmap in response to client needs and contribute to the Braze technical community.
• Occasional travel: Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 7-10 years of practical experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations.
• 5+ years in consulting, demonstrating success in delivering high-impact work for enterprise-level clients.
• 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Experience in leading teams of 6-8 direct reports or more.
• Profound understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CDPs, ESPs, data warehouses, and integrations) with the capability to translate strategy into execution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain high-performance teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for development, and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
