Associate Director, Scheduling – Civil Infrastructure Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within an integrated planning, cost, and risk framework to enhance resource utilization.

• Ensure adherence to scheduling methodologies while formulating the project schedule.

• Establish baselines for Project Milestones and Progress tracking.

• Evaluate subcontractor conformity with scheduling methodologies.

• Assist in the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure.

• Conduct analyses of schedule data and recognize trends.

• Engage with both internal and external clients regarding the project schedule.

• Participate in the mentorship and coaching of the planning team.

• Oversee schedule reporting and forecast updates.

• Assess resource needs and their effects on the schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related discipline.

• A graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.

• At least 8 years of pertinent experience in civil infrastructure construction, specifically in a scheduling capacity.

• Proven experience in dynamic, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Hands-on familiarity with network planning structures and techniques.

• Proficient in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later, as well as Microsoft Project.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
