Associate Director - Scheduler Lead, Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Contribute to an integrated planning, cost, and risk framework within the project to enhance the utilization of available resources for completing work plan scopes within budgetary and temporal limits.

• Ensure adherence to the established planning and scheduling methodology while developing the project timeline.

• Create Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines.

• Evaluate subcontractor compliance with the predetermined scheduling methodology.

• Conduct schedule data analysis; identify trends, issues, and areas necessitating attention and communication to the Project Director and Team.

• Engage and collaborate with both internal and external clients regarding the project schedule.

• Lead schedule reporting, including updates to schedule forecasts and management of schedule contingencies for specific work packages.

• Ensure that contractor schedules align with integrated schedules and milestones.

• Analyze resource requirements and assess availability impacts on the schedule, while recommending recovery options.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.

• A graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a scheduling role within the construction sector.

• Background in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination for project/program success.

• Practical experience with network planning structures and techniques; proficient in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or higher and Microsoft Project.

• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
