This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Establish and accomplish annual sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Create and implement strategies to discover new prospects, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
• Collaborate with senior management at client organizations and within the company to formulate pursuit strategies and messaging.
• Forge and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Comprehend client business goals and align solutions to fulfill their strategic objectives.
• Work alongside presales and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
• Engage in RFPs and sales opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to enhance sales strategies.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to foster new business opportunities.
• At least 12+ years of demonstrated sales experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Product/Platform organizations.
• Strong network and relationships with C-level executives.
• Proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
• In-depth understanding of IT Services and digital transformation offerings.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong proactive approach with the capability to sell extensive and complex solutions.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
