This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to meet and surpass regional sales goals.
• Create and execute regional sales strategies that are in line with GoGlobal’s growth objectives and market positioning.
• Manage pipeline development, sales performance metrics, and forecasting to ensure target fulfillment and business predictability.
• Actively pursue key enterprise-level deals and assist team members with complex sales cycles, including engagement with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to ensure messaging, campaigns, and value propositions align with customer needs.
• Work closely with Partnerships and Sales Operations to align go-to-market strategies, enhance lead flow, and ensure smooth execution across partner-sourced and direct sales efforts.
• Keep track of market dynamics, competitive actions, and client feedback to guide strategy, positioning, and solution development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and teamwork throughout the sales organization.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on regional sales performance, significant wins/losses, and strategic opportunities.
• Represent GoGlobal at client meetings, strategic events, and industry forums.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing top sales talent to strengthen the team for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory planning, compensation frameworks, and strategic account mapping.
• At least 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, demonstrating success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services sectors (experience in both is preferable).
• Proven record of individual and team quota achievement, with the capability to strategize and implement effectively.
• Successful experience in leading complex enterprise sales that involve multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
• Comprehensive understanding of North American or Latin American market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Strategic mindset with strong operational discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
• Established network of partners within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
• Experience in working with or managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
• Openness to travel for team development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
