Associate Director – S4 HANA Digital Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• The Enterprise Hub lead is tasked with ensuring effective entry into service and ongoing support concerning the EHUB processes.

• Facilitate successful execution within each stage of the PST Program related to the implementation of the Corporate Enterprise Hub: Cutover & Hypercare – assist in efficient data mapping and migration from legacy systems to the Corporate Enterprise Hub environment.

• Aid in the go-live phase and support the continued financial and operational success of RTX business.

• Provide ongoing assistance – as the project transitions to sustainment, this role will be integrated into the Corporate SAP team supporting the S/4HANA Enterprise Hub instance.

• This lead will oversee the overall operations of Release 1 until the implementation of Release 2 occurs six months later.

• Accountable for managing metrics and priorities for ongoing change requests.

• Execute special projects as required related to the implementation or support of EHUB.

• Collaborate and communicate with necessary resources both within and outside of the OneRTX: Process Systems and Transformation program to ensure team alignment.

• The travel requirement for this position will be 25 - 50% during the project rollout, expected to decrease thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in implementing digital technology systems, particularly with a strong emphasis on SAP ERP solutions and design.

• Familiarity with Record to Report finance processes, including but not limited to: Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting.

• Capability to convert business requirements into system specifications and process enhancements.

• Experience in leading or supporting teams with SAP integrations such as Tax engine, Workday, and Treasury applications.

• Knowledge of Corporate and Enterprise Service functions, particularly in supporting finance and accounting processes from a technology perspective.
