Associate Director – Resource Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource manager.

• Act as a trusted partner to various capability leads and senior leadership stakeholders.

• Take ownership and manage a portfolio of brands and clients.

• Create resource plans for a significant segment of the business.

• Collaborate with business development teams for onboarding and staffing needs.

• Utilize data, reporting, and forecasting tools to guide decisions.

• Recognize gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in resource management.

• Background in project management or operations within an agency setting.

• Proven experience managing staffing across various clients or brands.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.

• Practical experience in supporting new business initiatives.

• Ability to balance insights driven by data with sound practical judgment.

• Confidence in handling complex discussions.
