• Serves as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensures adherence to escalation pathways both internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication channels).
• Clarifies responsibilities and communication channels for secondary project leads (such as leads in specific regions, vendors, or subsets of delivery).
• Guarantees financial oversight at the project level by showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the contract, aligning resources with the budget, managing Out of Scope activities, driving the Con Mod process/negotiations, and ensuring team adherence to timelines.
• Establishes, communicates, and oversees the sponsor to attain optimal project delivery.
• Facilitates Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).
• Ensures compliance of the project team with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Prior experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 10+ years).
• Proven experience in dermatology trials, particularly in atopic dermatitis.
• Experience in managing global Phase II–IV clinical trials.
• Strong background in overseeing CROs/vendors.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-regional studies.
• Proficient in computer skills, including effective use of systems and applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong grasp of the essential principles of project management (time, quality, cost).
