• Act as the primary integrator for the Supply Chain organization within the Capacity Growth Office.
• Facilitate business processes, data gathering, and collaboration across various functions.
• Function in a highly external-facing capacity, regularly engaging with suppliers.
• Create materials for the Department of War.
• Assist in supplier strategy development, resilience planning, and coordination among engineering, programs, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Establish and oversee the operational cadence of the Supply Chain CGO.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership, customers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate activities related to suppliers, ensuring alignment among internal teams.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree in a pertinent field and a minimum of 9 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Background in interacting with suppliers and customers within the Department of War.
• Proficiency in data synthesis and creating executive-level presentations.
