This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver organized technical and operational assistance for pilots and research initiatives.

• Validate environments, verify configurations, prepare materials, ensure device functionality, facilitate participant communication, and oversee documentation management.

• Confirm system readiness prior to pilot launches and document findings.

• Provide support for live pilot and study administration, either virtually or onsite, through coordination, troubleshooting, and real-time issue resolution.

• Gather feedback from pilots and incorporate it into post-pilot documentation.

• Carry out defined technical workstream activities for Digital Assessment Platform projects.

• Conduct Smoke Testing for AP and CRA administrations.

• Implement and document test cases, configurations, and validation procedures.

• Maintain logs of tests, documentation for validation, defect reports, and other tracking materials.

• Raise risks, inconsistencies, and defects along with suggested next steps.

• Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards before being reviewed or handed off.

• Utilize checklists, validation protocols, and quality controls.

• Take part in retrospectives and pinpoint areas for process enhancement.

• Collaborate with PDPM, Product, Technology, and Assessment Delivery teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in project coordination, technical operations, digital product support, QA/testing support, or assessment delivery.

• Proven experience in executing defined project plans with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in maintaining documentation, tracking tasks, and supporting validation or testing efforts.

• Capability to identify issues and clearly document defects or risks.

• Skill in appropriately escalating issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in preparing status updates, meeting notes, and structured documentation.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tracking and project management tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 12 times per year to College Board offices or for College Board business.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods of up to 4 hours, and occasionally bend, reach, or kneel.
