Associate Director, PPI Business System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Drive transformational change and foster continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• Oversee the execution of the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System.

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and enhance lean management practices.

• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and achieve measurable improvements in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree with 6 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in lean leadership and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Preferred academic backgrounds include Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, or a related field.

• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

• Proven experience in developing and applying PPI/lean tools.

• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to identify, quantify, and monitor improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage individuals at all levels within the organization.

• Demonstrated success in coaching and enhancing continuous improvement skills in others.

• Experience in leading change initiatives within a matrix organizational structure.

• Strong project management abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Experience in manufacturing or operations is preferred.

• Proficient in data analytics and performance metrics.

• Required proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
