• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Develop comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to Life Sciences and pharmaceutical brands, focusing on HCP and patient targeting.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards (MLR familiarity required) while maintaining performance rigor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, analytics, strategy, creative, and client services) to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Take ownership of paid social performance, including optimization strategies, testing frameworks, and continuous improvement plans.
• Convert data into actionable insights, providing clear, executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Manage and forecast paid social budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and a strong return on investment.
• Oversee platform best practices, staying informed about changes in privacy, targeting, and platform capabilities—particularly in regulated categories.
• Guide the development of audience strategies, including first-party data, privacy-safe targeting, and platform-native solutions.
• Act as a senior client lead, offering strategic guidance and fostering strong, trusted relationships.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, including the development of paid social strategies, pharma-specific POVs, and pitch presentations.
• Enhance internal standards and processes for paid social excellence, especially within regulated verticals.
• 8–10 years of experience in paid social strategy and execution.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of regulatory considerations, including MLR processes and compliance requirements in paid media.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full-funnel paid social programs, including campaigns focused on HCPs and patients.
• Extensive platform expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging paid social channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of translating performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with social analytics, measurement frameworks, and platform tools (e.g., Sprinklr, platform-native tools, third-party measurement solutions).
• Ability to function as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator when necessary.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the capability to simplify complex strategies for executive audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
