This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish objectives for each client engagement within their respective pod
• Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all channels and platforms
• Assist strategists in navigating the approval processes for various campaigns
• Create action plans to overcome obstacles in strategy implementation
• Foster a leadership culture by developing and sustaining accountability within the team
• Proven experience in a performance marketing agency
• Strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content
• Leadership capabilities to construct structure, establish a rhythm, provide proactive support, and empower the team through clear communication
• Eagerness to learn about the impact of AI and automation in marketing and operations
