This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the paid search strategy for a portfolio of commerce-focused clients across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring that Shopping, Performance Max, and standard search function cohesively.
• Consider feed optimization as a fundamental practice: audit, reorganize, and consistently enhance product feeds (including titles, attributes, GTINs, custom labels, and supplemental feeds) to optimize reach, relevance, and ROAS.
• Design campaign and feed segmentation strategies that empower buyers within increasingly automated, AI-driven platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on the entire shopping journey — including landing pages, PDP quality, merchant feed health, promotions, and conversion tracking — to ensure media spend is directed toward high-converting pages.
• Establish the measurement framework: ROAS, new customer acquisition, margin-aware bidding, incrementality, and feed-level performance analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of search and feed specialists; elevate standards for quality assurance, hygiene, and documentation.
• Stay updated on platform advancements — including the evolution of Performance Max, AI Max, retail media adjacencies, and the shift towards signal- and feed-driven purchasing — and translate these insights into client strategies.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients: articulate strategy, support recommendations with data, and cultivate trust.
• Over 7 years of experience in paid search/performance media, with substantial, proven expertise in Shopping and feed-driven campaigns involving significant budgets.
• Profound understanding of feeds — you have direct experience with Merchant Center, feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Versafeed, Productsup, or similar), and recognize how feed structure influences auction results.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, search) and preferably Microsoft Advertising and retail media platforms.
• A commerce-oriented mindset: familiarity with margin, AOV, LTV, and the dynamics of how a feed relates to a storefront.
• Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level, preferably in an agency or managed-service setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex feed/search strategies in an understandable manner to non-specialist stakeholders.
