Associate Director, Oncology Lifecycle Management – Hematologic Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle planning and effective launch of a diagnostic portfolio focused on Hematologic Malignancies, which includes Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma (MM), and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).

• Lead a cross-functional MM/CLL Lifecycle Team responsible for achieving tumor objectives and allocating resources to optimize outcomes.

• Define tumor-specific objectives that will be the responsibility of the lifecycle team and shared across different functions.

• Act as a vital member of clinical and medical teams.

• Spearhead market access initiatives by overseeing the creation of reimbursement dossiers for Medicare/MolDx and commercial payers.

• Create and implement strategies for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, working in tandem with marketing and medical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree (MBA or PhD) is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in hematologic oncology.

• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing and market analytics within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.

• Prior experience in managing KOLs is preferred.

• Familiarity with oncology molecular testing and biomarkers is essential.

• Approximately 25% travel is required for advisory boards, congresses, sales and marketing meetings, and client meetings.
