This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of up to 8 Social Media Strategists.
• Establish objectives for each client engagement within the pod.
• Ensure adherence to paid social advertising best practices and Directive’s methodologies by clients.
• Assist strategists in overcoming obstacles related to campaign approvals.
• Identify challenges in one-on-one discussions with strategists and develop action plans.
• Create a structured environment, establish a regular rhythm, offer proactive support, and empower the team through clear expectations.
• Manage a group of up to 8 Strategists and Senior Strategists.
• Achieve and surpass departmental KPIs, focusing on client growth and goal accomplishment.
• Foster trust and relationships with clients that facilitate renewals with senior stakeholders.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities that align with client objectives.
• Mitigate client churn through referrals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Communicate results to client contacts, executives, and team members internally.
• Make strategic decisions regarding account direction and the growth and retention of talent.
• Travel to meet clients approximately once a year per client or as necessary.
• 4+ years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency, with B2B experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Extensive knowledge in paid social advertising, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Meta ad formats, such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and other relevant advertising platforms and tools.
• Capable of delegating tasks effectively to team members.
• Skilled in de-escalating client issues and taking proactive measures to prevent them.
• Strong grasp of paid media principles, including ICP research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Competent in analyzing campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
• Ability to drive and measure results through OCT.
• Proven track record of success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Proficient in translating and articulating strategy and conveying narratives through data.
• Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients approximately once a year per client or as needed.
• Must be eligible to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship.
• Must currently reside in the US.
• Ability to operate a laptop, software platforms, and office productivity tools.
