Associate Director – NetSuite Practice

📋 Description

• Lead, expand, and enhance the NetSuite services portfolio.

• Manage intricate NetSuite transformations and drive strategic outcomes for clients.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

• Collaborate with leadership to foster practice growth and talent development.

• Build, mentor, and oversee Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career advancement.

• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings and delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting.

• At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation.

• Demonstrated experience in leading full lifecycle, multi-entity NetSuite implementations.

• Strong background in client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance.

• Experience collaborating with clients in the US and Europe, as well as with distributed teams.

• Profound understanding of finance, accounting, and essential business processes.

• Preferred NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).

• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certifications are preferred.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
