This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the execution, strategic operations, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of several pharmaceutical speaker bureaus.
• Assist in the rollout of new Speaker Bureau initiatives and the growth of current programs.
• Collect client requirements and convert business needs into operational workflows and execution strategies.
• Aid in the configuration and testing of bureau portals, workflows, dashboards, compliance checkpoints, and reporting specifications.
• Ensure that programs comply with client business guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory obligations.
• Support the launch of new products, indications, programs, and improvements to portals.
• Produce and evaluate program metrics, utilization reports, speaker activity reports, and operational dashboards.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering recommendations for enhancements.
• Assist in budget monitoring and forecasting.
• Support client-facing reporting and operational business assessments.
• Engage in client meetings and relationship management activities.
• Guide, mentor, and onboard new team members.
• Develop and document best practices for the department.
• Enhance efficiency, automation, reporting, and overall bureau performance.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, compliance standards, and technology platforms.
• Anticipate hours needed and communicate high/low risks to the Senior Director.
• Supervise department personnel and, when appropriate, interview, select, manage, evaluate, and develop staff.

• 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical meeting services, speaker bureau operations, healthcare event management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau programs.
• Background in launching or implementing speaker bureau initiatives.
• Experience managing live, virtual, and hybrid speaker events.
• Strong knowledge of HCP engagement programs, compliance standards, and Open Payments reporting.
• Proven experience with Cvent, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and bureau platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple programs and priorities concurrently.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility for evenings and weekends as required for events/meetings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
