📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, authorship, and implementation of scientific publications focused on HEOR, such as manuscripts, abstracts, posters, podium presentations, and congress materials.

• Convert intricate HEOR evidence into scientifically sound and compelling communications.

• Collaborate with teams from HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Evidence Generation, and cross-functional product teams.

• Design and implement comprehensive publication plans that support global value demonstration, evidence generation, and access strategies.

• Provide strategic leadership for evidence dissemination plans that align with global HEOR, market access, and product value communication goals.

• Work in partnership with external authors, health economists, outcomes researchers, key opinion leaders, and publication steering committees.

• Analyze study designs, statistical analyses, observational research, economic models, and patient-centered outcomes data.

• Ensure compliance of publication activities with GPP, ICMJE recommendations, relevant ISPOR Good Practices, and company policies.

• Manage multiple simultaneous publication projects across various indications and geographic regions while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

• Provide scientific and editorial guidance to cross-functional teams, external vendors, and publication agencies.

• Cultivate relationships with authors, journals, congress organizations, publishers, and professional societies.

• Follow BeOne SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards that govern scientific communications.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS, or equivalent) in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, life sciences, biostatistics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in scientific or medical writing within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, HEOR consulting, outcomes research, or medical communications sectors.

• Proven experience in authoring HEOR publications, which includes manuscripts and congress presentations based on health economic analyses, RWE studies, PRO research, or patient-centered outcomes research.

• Strong knowledge of health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research methodologies, observational study design, and principles of evidence generation.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary global teams and managing external vendors or publication agencies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to scientific rigor, data accuracy, compliance, and editorial quality.

• Preferred: experience in supporting oncology HEOR programs, including hematologic malignancies and/or solid tumors.

• Preferred: publication experience involving cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, RWE, PROs, quality-of-life endpoints, comparative effectiveness research, treatment patterns, and HCRU.

• Familiarity with payer evidence requirements and value communication objectives across key global markets.

• Knowledge of applicable ISPOR Good Practices, GPP, and ICMJE recommendations.

• Experience in supporting evidence dissemination for market access, reimbursement, and value-demonstration initiatives.

• Experience with publication steering committees, governance of evidence dissemination, and oversight of publication agencies.

• Active membership in ISPOR, ISMPP, AMWA, DIA, or a related professional organization.
