Associate Director, Medical Affairs – Omnichannel Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Medical Affairs in Omnichannel Engagement.

• Implement and oversee the strategy for medical omnichannel engagement.

• Facilitate the modernization of engagement within medical affairs.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Identify, gather, automate, and analyze data for scientific engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced or scientific doctoral degree.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in medical or scientific affairs.

• Experience across multiple functional areas is preferred.

• Proven track record in project leadership and achieving measurable results.

• Capability to manage both short- and long-term timelines across various therapeutic areas.

• Strong focus and experience in developing operational processes and enhancing efficiency.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills.
