This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the primary relationship and overall success of designated college and university partners.
• Build meaningful and trusting relationships with partner institutions.
• Motivate partners to participate in enrollment initiatives, which include direct university enrollment, co-hosted events, and logistics for participant transfer.
• Gain in-depth knowledge about partner programs and apply this understanding to foster success.
• Manage partner expectations, oversee initiative logistics, and advocate internally.
• Suggest improvements for partner satisfaction and address their needs effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, and Tech teams to design and execute tailored plans for assigned partners.
• Inform and communicate with partner colleges regarding Verto's outcomes, services, programs, and initiatives.
• Handle partner concerns, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
• Visit partner campuses and facilitate annual strategic planning sessions.
• Collect and disseminate best practices aimed at boosting student enrollment through higher education admissions and enrollment processes.
• Assist partners in integrating their student application processes with Verto’s framework.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve issues related to student applications.
• Ensure effective onboarding of newly assigned partners.
• Monitor partner health, foresee potential disengagement, and report findings to executive leadership.
• Collaborate across Verto to efficiently meet partner needs.
• Analyze segment trends via data reporting and dashboards, taking action to maintain partner health.
• Provide continuous project management and training to partners.
• Proficiency in English.
• Capability to work remotely on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must reside in the US and operate within a time zone that is ±1 hour from those in the continental US (GMT -8 through GMT -3).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, account management, or customer success roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including investigating, analyzing information, and drawing conclusions.
• Experience in higher education enrollment and admissions, EdTech, and/or technology startups is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer success skills combined with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to cultivate positive, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and collaborators.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse professional teams.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Project management experience; intermediate to advanced skills in Asana are preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
