Associate Director – Infrastructure & Capital Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for significant client accounts or manage a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Foster client retention, facilitate account growth, and drive business development to promote the overall expansion of the firm.

• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals.

• Identify and leverage new opportunities to enhance the Cost Management service offering.

• Supervise financial performance, including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting, to ensure profitability.

• Direct cost control strategies and provide expert advice in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.

• Offer value engineering and cost-saving recommendations that uphold quality and performance standards.

• Manage and nurture a high-performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.

• Conduct internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and ongoing improvement efforts to boost quality and process efficiency.

• Advocate for operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and streamlining processes to enhance performance.

• Represent the firm at industry events and serve as a senior advisor, strengthening the company’s brand reputation and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Data Center Experience is preferable.

• Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP, or equivalent.
