This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Act as the primary HR Partner for three global Collins Account Executive divisions.
• Propel the talent agenda by aligning and executing people strategies with business objectives.
• Incorporate RTX values into business and people processes to cultivate talent and enhance employee engagement.
• Assist in enterprise-wide talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, and strategic talent rotations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and change initiatives.
• Evaluate team structures and role responsibilities; propose reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.
• Execute workforce planning initiatives and talent mobility programs.
• Stay informed about business-environment dynamics to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Operationalize strategies for current and future workforce requirements.
• Provide actionable insights to improve leadership capabilities and team performance.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leadership and employees.
• Offer HR advice to optimize business processes and enhance performance.
• Conduct team dynamics workshops, conflict resolution, and promote collaboration practices.
• Partner with Collins/RTX Centers of Excellence and central functions to provide solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders and decision-making processes.
• Lead, support, and collaborate on HR and CE&S strategic projects.
• Work together with the CE&S senior leadership team, functional teams, and HR organization.
• A University Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Prior HR experience is essential.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and resilience.
• Experience in leading and supporting organizational change.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Executives, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience in supporting global, geographically dispersed teams.
• Capacity to support standard US working hours and adapt for a globally dispersed footprint.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Person status, or qualifying immigration status is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, primarily domestically.
