Associate Director – HCP, Consumer, Identity Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate managers and specialists within the Identity, Consumer, and HCP Data Management Operations.

• Oversee the complete operational workflows for the ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and delivery of Identity, Consumer, and HCP data.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams to pinpoint necessary enhancements and operational capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, privacy, and data handling standards specific to Identity, Consumer, and HCP datasets.

• Formulate multi-quarter operational improvement strategies across all three data disciplines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams seeking support for Identity, Consumer, or HCP data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data management, data operations, data engineering, or related roles.

• 4+ years of leadership experience, including managing multiple teams or domains.

• Strong preference for experience with identity data, consumer data, or healthcare data.

• Comprehensive understanding of data ingestion, mapping, quality control, transformation, and operational service level agreements.

• Demonstrated success in developing scalable, automated, and compliant data processes.

• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
