Associate Director, Global Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Implement and adapt global talent initiatives across Europe.

• Lead the regional talent strategy to foster growth.

• Assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with all talent-related processes.

• Foster a culture of ongoing feedback and personal development.

• Utilize people analytics to uncover trends and opportunities.

• Steer the regional customization of global engagement strategies.

• Establish success metrics and monitor the impact of programs.

• Provide data-driven advice to HRBPs and business leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in HR or Talent Management, particularly within global or matrixed organizations.

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is preferred.

• Proven proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI).

• Ability to translate complex data into engaging narratives.

• Strong capabilities in program management, influencing stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
