This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee and implement global talent initiatives across Europe

• Collaborate with both global and regional HR leaders

• Establish and drive regional talent strategies

• Track and evaluate performance metrics

• Conduct leadership assessments and promote development

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic and operational talent management initiatives

• Strong skills in analysis, evaluation, and reporting

• Proven ability to influence and persuade within complex environments

• Highly proficient in program and project management

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable
