Associate Director, Global Strategic Feasibility Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversees the creation of Global Strategic Feasibility proposals

• Collaborates closely with the global program and study management team for the design and execution of studies

• Drives high-quality assessments for strategic feasibility and site identification

• Works in partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver clear feasibility recommendations

• Assists in modeling strategy options for studies

• Provides data-driven strategies for operational feasibility

• Contributes to the implementation of innovative processes, methodologies, data, and technologies

• Leads and participates in strategic planning meetings, training calls, kick-off meetings, and ongoing team discussions

• Supports initiatives and task forces related to Global Strategic Feasibility for continuous improvement and optimization

• Identifies risk and mitigation strategies concerning study feasibility, as well as the recruitment and retention of study participants

• Engages in global projects, representing the Global Clinical Operations and Global Strategic Feasibility teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare field

• A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in Feasibility, Clinical Trial Management, Personnel Management, and Operations Management

• Familiarity with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methodologies

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation to support informed decision-making

• Proficiency in software models and database frameworks

• Expertise in the principles guiding country/site identification, feasibility, and study startup strategies

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation to facilitate informed decision-making

• Established experience in managing, influencing, and building relationships while achieving results with senior partners in environments with conflicting priorities

• Demonstrated experience or eagerness to understand how to develop study delivery strategies and tactical/operational plans aligned with commercial and regulatory objectives

• Experience with clinical trial patient and investigator recruitment and retention

• Proven experience in project and budget management

• Confirmed experience working on a global scale
