This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize external solutions—including partnerships with CROs, digitalization, and artificial intelligence—to enhance cost efficiency, expedite delivery, and improve quality throughout R&D.

• Act as a business collaborator with R&D functions, assisting in the identification of cost-saving opportunities, formulating actionable solutions, and facilitating implementation.

• Keep track of trends within the R&D CRO/FSP market to guide category strategy.

• Establish trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and provide market intelligence to aid in business planning and sourcing decisions.

• Oversee supplier relationship management efforts to fortify strategic vendor partnerships and promote long-term business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or, a Master’s degree with at least 8 years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and contract management systems.
