This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Finance technology, AI, data, and innovation roadmap in alignment with the priorities of the CFO organization.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional leaders to pinpoint and implement technology-enabled business enhancements.
• Convert Finance business requirements into scalable technology, AI, automation, and analytics solutions.
• Manage the Finance technology and innovation portfolio, focusing on prioritization, governance, risk management, and value realization.
• Direct the intake, prioritization, and execution of Finance AI, data, and automation projects.
• Enhance Finance data and analytics capabilities through improved reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics, and data governance.
• Promote process simplification, reporting optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making throughout Finance.
• Collaborate with Digital/IT and enterprise teams to develop, scale, and operationalize technology solutions and prototypes.
• Ensure that Finance technology initiatives adhere to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and internal control standards.
• Establish governance frameworks for Finance technology, AI, and data initiatives, encompassing approvals, controls, adoption, and performance tracking.
• Advocate for responsible AI adoption and enhance technology, data literacy, and analytical skills across the CFO organization.
• Lead change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to expedite the adoption of new technologies.
• Act as the primary liaison among Finance, Digital/Technology, Data, Cybersecurity, and other enterprise functions.
• Provide executive portfolio reporting, strategic recommendations, and oversight to facilitate prioritization, execution, and delivery across initiatives.
• A Doctorate degree with 3 years of experience in Finance, digital transformation, technology enablement, data analytics, AI, innovation, or business process transformation.
• A Master’s degree with 7 years of experience in Finance, digital transformation, technology enablement, data analytics, AI, innovation, or business process transformation.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience in Finance, digital transformation, technology enablement, data analytics, AI, innovation, or business process transformation.
• An Associate’s degree with 12 years of experience in Finance, digital transformation, technology enablement, data analytics, AI, innovation, or business process transformation.
• A High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Finance, digital transformation, technology enablement, data analytics, AI, innovation, or business process transformation.
• At least 3 years of experience in directly managing people and/or leadership experience in leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resource allocation.
