Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Oral Migraine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers.

• Ensure that FRMs provide precise and compliant assistance concerning coverage, coding, billing, payment, product acquisition, and affordability.

• Assess team activity, workload, and performance through available analytics, reporting tools, and business evaluations.

• Engage directly with key accounts and customers when necessary to address intricate access or reimbursement challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access within neuroscience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading field teams.

• Experience in eye care, specialty products, physician-administered therapies, buy-and-bill, or specialty pharmacy is preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
